SirDimitrious has a video displaying it and explains it fully. Its very obvious. Worth checking out.

I did the same and had some fun solo matches, but when some fiends joined me, there were doctrines, last words and Grasps everywhere. I was just a level 8 with white Shootie things.... It was misery

I guessed it had to be something along those lines. I have a couple friends with pretty high stats, so if I run with them, I'm destined to meet other players of their level... That's quite unfair really. Especially if we just want to have some fun shooting faces together.

Im ranked 49 in the world and can't play with my IRL friends anymore because they get crushed :/ Its so dumb.
