If you choose to self rez when the enemy is around and they kill you again, then you just played badly.
It's a perk that can bring you back to life. Not a crutch to spam as soon as possible. Sunsinger can also be used offensively and not use self rez at all.

Not anymore now the grenades dont kill,you can throw 6 firebolts at somebody & they probably wont die.

Fusion/solar grenades will/can. That's my whole point, there are options.
