How close to "Balance" is Destiny's PVP?

I think it's the best it's been in a while TBH

50% Better subclasses balance Pulses can be better Autos could be better Snipers could use a small change Shotguns could be better Fusion can be better

It's closer then it started just high ROF kill way to fast as the lower can't compete and aren't seen in crucible enough buff those a bit and maybe reduce the high ROF to compete for the lower ttk on the guns
