Hey everyone, how is everyone's Father's Day going?
For those of you that don't know me, I go by the name LittIefinger or Finger. You might remember me from my Shadestep Like A Pro video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpfwZ-HIdFc. I've created a checklist and a video to help players determine what areas they need to focus on in order to improve.
In this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woe3hacUzrc - I do a break down of the checklist.
I have ordered the checklist from the easier things you can change to the more difficult things you can change. Keep in mind the more you change and the more you improve, the more the law of diminishing returns applies. So at higher skill levels, it will take longer to improve and you might experience plateaus. There may be some items in the checklist that make a huge difference in your gameplay and there may be some that make no difference at all. That being said, focus on the ones that you think you will be able to change the easiest and then work your way into the more challenging details of the checklist.
The categories I cover are:
* Pregame
* Mentality
* Awareness
* Movement
* Decision Making
* Communication
* Game Knowledge
* Gunskill
The checklist can be found at this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VNe2rCJ0uRT708qWdzWEgkwVaJcBuRGCJ_9drTM-oBA/edit?usp=sharing.

I also have a reddit post if you'd like to view it. It's a little bit cleaner to look at and there is a written guide!

Thanks for checking my thread out. If you have any questions or feedback for me, please leave a comment and I'll do my best to reply to all of them. I hope you all have a great weekend!
Cheers,

You're almost two years late, buddo.

2 RepliesBuy BF4. Play a real PVP game. If too cheap for BF4, Blacklight: Retribution is a wonderful F2P shooter with the world's greatest customization system for guns and armor.
-
I tried to follow that checklist and failed miserably, i suck at pvp and i will never get good or get flawless fml..
-
Do you notice if the game looks weird with the screen bound not set as wide as it can be?

-
Good stuff, thanks
-
Pretty good. While I feel, Im getting better it showed a few flaws. For example, not paying attention to ammo lol

Sure, you could do all that... OR You could do what so many other's in this community have done, and just go to red bar status. Do you want to become a PvP god? Got a little sibling, and a Roku box? How about a significant other who loves Facebook? Well then, you are in luck! Before a match, have someone drag your connection down with those, or several other options available! Drop your consoles MPS down to 0.3, and watch as - Bullets no longer hurt you! - Supers give you a slight tickle! - Walk through rocket explosions like a badass! All thanks to a migrating host setup, and a damage ref who was institutionalized after his first week on the job due to the masses basically spamming the tactic above to a crazy degree! Why get better, when you can just force everyone else to be useless via dropping your bandwidth! Hell, practically everyone is doing it! /SATIRE Seriously, like every game someone is doing this sh*t. It is getting old.

4 RepliesEdited by bilbo t baginzz: 6/20/2016 11:36:47 AMThe biggest problem i find playing solo is people dont understand the game types which they are playing and dont pay attention to where there own team is on the map. Controls main objective is to kill and get points, running in on your own while trying to capture zone B and dying 5 times is not helping your team. Rift... people grab the spark and run off solo... obviously the enemy team will be blocking all routes to their rift to try kill you so why run it solo?

Watched vid, comments disabled. Curious if you prefer that Longview to everyone's 1000k AND does it have quickdraw. You dont find it gives you ammo problems? Thanks and if you want,pls share Esaluna perks. Thanks

Good of you to do this mate will look at it later sure i will pick some points up Cheers

1 ReplyWow that's a lot to read. Someone reply me so I can find this later.

With these tips I collected the most hairlines.

4 RepliesYou missed a key note. Whilst not improving anything about you as a gamer, just twitch. To anyone. More views the better. This is "accidentally on purpose" bandwidth manipulation Its just how twitch affects p2p More people viewing, the bigger red bar lag god you become. I'm not urging people to do this Just throwing it out there as bungie repeatedly buries this or any thread mentioning this and bans the account Speaking of which bungie, (and its moderators), don't tread on the second ammendment again How many streamers are actually good at crucible and not perpetrators and repeat offenders of this common exploit? Cant deny knowledge of it, the evidence and various bandwidth reports have been piling up for months now - bungie has been sent these, what's the action plan for this?
-
Learn how to be a redbar 24/7 lol!
