Shotguns should be banned from crucible
Getting shotgunned by every -blam!-en player 25 feet away and dying in one shot is stupid, -blam!-en scrubs who can't even play and use it make this game shit

1 ReplyLol. I love that you hate the way I play because it doesn't conform to the way you want to... I don't bitch about snipers, I just avoid shooting lanes and try to engage within the optimal range of my load out. Sounds like you have a weak spot in your game and are refusing to address it... or would prefer if Bungie did it for you. I know my stats aren't great, but I know what is my own fault and what isn't.

It's called adapt. If your constantly getting shotguned then your probably in the wrong area. If you know they have shotguns and you don't have one stick to the outside where you can easily shoot them down instead of going inside. Learn from your mistakes instead of complaining because your just gonna get even more salt rubbed over that cut of yours.

8 RepliesSo I could use a sniper that practically aims for me, sit in the back doing nothing but scratching my balls waiting for someone to come into my sights, let aim-assist do the work and wow, I got a kill? Or I could use a shotgun, that has been nerfed so many times that the range on them had to drop off at melee range (You people really don't understand how shotguns work do you?) And rush my opponent, actually have to close the gap, since most people seem to use snipers, its a pretty long gap. Closing the distance between yourself and your target is a lot harder than most people realise. Sure you can use blink and its easier. But to be able to reliably be able to close that gap each time, is a damn side harder than sitting in the back with a sniper. Shotguns at this point, might as well be harder to use consistently then snipers. Why? Because of idiots like you.

1 ReplyI keep looking for the satire tag. Shotguns are far from effective at that range, even Lord of Wolves. I see more fusion rifles than shotguns these days, save for the occasional Universal Remote/shotgun user. I've switched to using Telesto for the most part.

Correction: the movement ability's should be banned from the crucible. Shotguns aren't the problem. The reason shotguns are so good is because of how quickly players can move around the map.

Just do 3 bullets in our specondaries. It'll force you to use it in more sparingly and force people to actually gun fight
