Bungie released a patch this week making it so that all evades were 1 for every 3 seconds. Before this twilight garrison was a wonderful exotic to have, and the only reason I decided to level up my Titan to 40. Now it is a lot less useful... Unless, you are a Striker titan. In the Striker subclass shoulder charge gives you a boost forward, and works especially well if in the air while activating it. Combined with increase control, to skate as a Titan, you can go immensely faster than max agility. It basically is a subclass version of a evade. I've been using the Twilight Garrison since 12 am (approx. 4 and a half hours before this is posted) and I have been blasting through story mission that I was grinding and strikes. Basic setup: -On the Striker subclass activate the nodes "Increased Control" and "Shoulder Charge." -Equip the Twilight Garrison. -Sprint jump and mash the jump button on your controller (Lift will activate 3 times max), and by this point you should have your shoulder charge prepared, shown with an effect around the edges of your screen. Press your melee button while in the air to get a boost forward from the shoulder charge and keep your momentum, then if you still are in the air double press your crouch button in the direction you wish to go (basically use the evade on the Garrison).
