Omnigul Nightfall is a conspiracy to nerf the grasp
Think about it. The perfect modifiers for farming grasp. Grasp then becomes more of the meta.
Bungie have the data they need to say 'we see guardians favouring grasp etc'
Next thing you know grasp and perhaps that whole weapon family are nerfed to 'bring them in line with other weapons'

1 ReplyI co-sign this 100% By Friday morning it was ranked #1 in PVP kills and the chart was off the hook. Another pointless time sink. I actually played the NF Tuesday morning reset (I'd been up all night) and it was Fallen SABER ... When I woke up later that morning they were implementing the update... Logged back in to see Omnigul with solar burn and a gang of PVE super buffs??? A nerf is coming for sure. They'll probably nerf it, then introduce a few more weapons into its archetype... Like they did for snipers a la 1kys

1 ReplyIt's only going to be used a lot more for a couple weeks and they only do nerfs about every 2 months so once the dust settles from the Nightfall people will switch back to their favorites and that'll be that.
