How can I run shoulder charge and juggernaut at the same time?
I see Titans in cruicble all the time running around with that barrier so they can't be killed then shoulder charging people so how do j make my Titan do that ?

You can do that if you equip the first weapon you find in the game, which may require restarting your character.

You can't, but you can use mk 44 stands asides or a weapon with the knee pads perk to create the shoulder charge running animation, but you can't actually shoulder charge. There's an extremely low chance that there is a glitch that allows both juggernaut and shoulder charge. Strange glitches have been exploited before. But as I said, it's a near improbable chance

The default melee can sometimes feel like it one shots you so they might just be melee rushing or shotgun meleeing you.
