In my opinion, it didn't deserve it, at least not as much as shadestep did. I may seem biased because I'm a Titan main. But, I just don't feel like the Twighlight Garrison was as obnoxious as Shadestep. Its basically a double shoulder charge without the damage. Honestly, I think nerfing it down to a single burst and adding the 3 second cool down was a little too much seeing as how I find myself getting killed a lot more while using the Twighlight Garrison ability as opposed to Shadestep and killing a lot more people who try to Twighlight Garrison as opposed to people Shadestep away. I don't know, I just don't feel like the nerf should've been applied to both. Edit: Seems like majority of people agree with me. That's good.
