Nerfing subclasses is one thing but the counterbalance nerf defies logic.
First of all who cares? I have never, ever, seen a mention of counterbalance as "OP" - it's complete RNG, not a guaranteed stat that overpowers other set options. So too many people prefer counterbalance as a perk - NERF IT!!!??? What the -blam!-???
Some people whine like biatches because they got killed by a counterbalance DoP? NERF IT!!! NERF IT!!!

Second, why not just buff perfect balance and nerf stacking between the two? Simple difference, then everyone's weapon feels better but acts differently while suiting different players styles.
