How does The First Curse fit into The Last Word and Thorn lore?

Since no one made a video on it,what do you all think?

First, use established Lore to make a point or support a theory in the Lore section of the forums. The First Curse Grimoire Card:
"...is when death becomes an afterthought." People always forget about the other one. The first one. They remember its twin, the Last Word, because that's an easier story to tell. But it's not the whole story. Truth is, there were two of 'em, back then in the lawless days before the City was anything more than a rumor. There are thousands of tales of the fate of The First Curse, which one will you tell?
The last sentence is the most important to the Lore of The First Curse. The author is purposefully leaving the Lore surrounding The First Curse open to speculation, in fact, it invites everyone to tell their own tale about it. All we know about it other than that is the flavor texts from the questline:
"We're bringing back a legend! Yessir, we've partnered with Banshee-44 and a Guardian to reverse-engineer the First Curse!" —S. Barnes Davis, Tex Mechanica "They said the First Curse was so powerful, its wielder didn't even need to think about killing. The killing just happened." —S. Barnes Davis, Tex Mechanica "The Last Word...and the First Curse. Sisters. Partners. But one was lost to fire—and with it, the memory of how to forge it." —S. Barnes Davis
All you can take from this, is that The First Curse was a gun so powerful it felt like a "win button". The First Curse (this is an exotic weapon that there is only one of in the Lore, unlike in the game) was lost to fire (not specified when or where), and when this happened, another one (a replacement) could not be made...but after partnering with Banshee-44 and a Guardian (you) it is able to be reverse engineered. Everything else, including the speculation that it became Thorn, is one of "the thousand tales" and is really just made up with no solid supporting evidence.

    • The town/city that Ward and Malphur's crew left had been reduced to ash. Could this represent the fire? Assuming Dredgen is the owner.

There was a lore speculation video I don't know who made it. It speculated that dredgen yor and jaren ward were twins/brothers and dredgen was the elder one and his name was not originally dredgen but something else. Also maybe the first curse was made/owned by dredgen yor and he called it rose instead of the first curse and it got corrupted by hive magic. In addition It was maybe named first curse because of its history as it cane before last word and was a curse after getting corrupted. I don't what I just typed but don't Diss me pls

        • It could have been used by one of the many people killed by the thorn

        • There's a lot of speculation that the First Curse was Dredgen Yor's, and that it became Thorn, becoming lost. I'm inclined to believe it isn't impossible due to similarities in weapon behavior.

        • My guess would be tex mechanica made first curse and TLW, the first curse got lost in the fire at the foundry or whatever, and then ward just happens to have TLW when shit gets crazy at palamon so it becomes super famous and linked with thorn in this great big mysterious legend

          • I think it was made before the last word, but was lost in "fire" so that probably doesn't help at all
