Seriously, wtf tripmines have no aim assist, if it stuck, great job, unlike fusions and fluxes, it took skill to get that stick. Now I have to switch to a bladedancer to complete the sticky bounty because you all at bungie can't deal with people who enjoy the first class offered in the game. There is a risk when using tripmines, if you stuck an enemy charging at you, unlike the aim assist God grenades that are fusions, you died along with them. Way to go Bungie, this change was not needed, way to ruin my favorite class since year 1.

3 RepliesWarlocks only have one class to do this with as well, while Titans still have two.
-
You couldnt use trip mines for that before either, could you? The similar titan nade didnt count towards that bounty.

You do realize that Hunters were the only ones who had adhesive grenades on two classes pre-TTK, right? Warlock has always and still does have to switch to Sunsinger and use Fusion for that bounty. It's not a big deal. Don't know why everyone's making a big deal of it. It didn't take some amazing skill to stick people with tripmines; I switched over to Hunter for a bit after playing Warlock for almost and entire year straight. I got it down within a couple days. I understand the annoyance I suppose, but.. well, to be blunt, deal with it. The fact that a tripmine was something you could stick to people was a laughable idea in the first place. Kinda makes it not a tripmine anymore, doesn't it? Now if you want to be annoyed with the decrease to damage on top of the behavior change, I'm with you but.. seriously.

5 RepliesBump also ruined my fav exotic armour. The spines the least they could do was retweak the spines to allow an additional nade of any kind.

3 RepliesEdited by FreakySheikh: 6/15/2016 4:22:00 AMYeah load up siege of the warmind and kill the thrall with the flux grenade. Do it all the time and it works fine. Not sure what the big deal is.

3 RepliesYou were the only class in game with 2 types of stickies, chill the -blam!- out everyone has to pick one of their subclasses to do a sticky quest. WTF are people flipping out over this quest anyway the -blam!-?
-
I agree. The nerf was unjust.

4 RepliesEdited by Stea1th Vixen: 6/15/2016 12:39:35 AMThey need to rework the a.spine gauntlets. They are useless now. It was the only piece hunters had for double grenades. Make it a different grenade at least. Warlock: sunbreaker gauntlets: double solar grenades, btw they last longer Starfire Protocol chestpiece: start with 2 fusion grenades Warlocks can opt for double grenades in sunsinger class skill tree nothing manacles has two scatter void grenades Titan: the double grenade chest piece (forget the name LOL) Strikers especially love this for lightning grenades Hunters: only have the useless spine gauntlets now.. for lack luster tripmines This coming from a player that plays all 3 classes, just saying.

3 RepliesNot to mention the grenade will now do 188 damage not killing a damn thing. Good thing I have to waste two for a kill. Sticks with trip mines were funny as hell and risky.
-
8 Repliesi just ran around Mars sticking every thing i could with my tripmines. It was a send off for my once favorite subclass and grenade. I don't care that there will be a damage buff to GG.... its not worth the trade in my opinion. I perfected that skill of sticking both AI and Guardians with a tripmine. It took a lot of practice. Anything that anybody masters in this game will get nerfed. Forget that we worked hard to master the skill of tripmines and remember that your hard work in this game will always get wiped away by something or another. Because fvkc you, Guardian- sincerely, Bungie

Flux grenades on bladedancer are terrible. Bungie saw fit to nerf the magnetism of the already weak "tracking" of it. I've had it actually bounce off of targets. What good it a sticky grenade that bounces off its target?
-
Well now each class has to use their secondary subclass to finish a quest. I wonder if that was intentional...
-
4 RepliesBoo hoo. Warlocks have to be sunsingers to complete that one.
-
Cry moar, hunters. Warlocks can't use stormcaller or voidwalker. WTF is your point? That you can't be special anymore? Here, have a tissue.
-
Yes! Someone finally realized this
-
6 RepliesRight now you're right Bladedancer is the only one with a sticky. Give the class a go though, great for stealth play!
-
1 ReplySo, befor the patch you could while invisible hit an enemy in PVE or pvp with escape artist and become invisible again, now if you hit someone while invisible you become visible and lose the melee charge...... Bravo Bungie bravo ...... Escape artist was extremely useful in PVE while invisible now it is so .....shit Maybe this is s bug but could be a ninja nerf....that sucks

way to ruin my favorite class since year 1.
I'm pretty sure trip mines are now traps and not like toilet plungers sticking to faces. The damage nerf was unneeded.
-
because you all at bungie can't deal with people who enjoy the first class offered in the game.
Titans, Warlocks, and Hunters all are the first classes. Your first class maybe, but some of us are titan main, warlock main, and have all three character types.

yeah what if I identify as a gun-slinger and want to use trip-mines? bungie this is politically incorrect
XDDDDDDDD
Edited by Citris: 6/15/2016 2:09:59 AMOh well

6 RepliesWarlocks have one sticky grenade....soooo get over it? o: Voidwalker: Void Ball...thingy Scatter Axion Bolts Sunsinger: Solar...ball...thingy Firebolt Fusion <----STICKY GRENADE Stormcaller: Pulsing...ball....thing Storm Arcbolt Seriously, get used to it. You're at no disadvantage here. If anything, Titans have Fusion and Magnetic grenades. Just saiyan.
-
Just like I need to be a sunsinger to do the same.
-
Edited by Ascendant Ninjachibi: 6/14/2016 8:31:55 PMI usually use Tripmines by sticking bosses. Either that, or killing myself in the Raid.
-
2 RepliesWow! Removing Tripmines ability to stick really ruined your favorite class! Let's see...Voidwalkers, Strikers, Stormcallers, and Nightstalkers don't have grenades that stick, and we manage to complete that easy ass bounty just fine. You're whining just to whine. If anything, more Warlocks should complain that only one of the subclass have grenades that stick and Titans shouldn't have two classes with sticky grenades. Haven't seen anyone complain about this before, because it's just petty whining.
