Everyone keeps saying this, and it is not the magic bullet they think it is. Dedicated server models are plagued by the same problems because it isn't a host issue but a network issue. Most often network errors while traversing the internet...as an an issue amongst the ISP's involved. Go ahead and Google any game or other service using the the words lag packet loss (ie: Diablo lag packet loss). You may be shocked to learn that other game that plays so well for you runs like a dog for others. It is because of errors in transmission across the internet. Get your ISP's tier3 team involved. They are best equipped to deal with such things.
