Bungie! You are really messing things up! First, I hear we won't get another expansion until September! Then, you tell me I will have to PAY for new content that cost you millions of dollars to produce. Worst of all, it's not going to play on my Super Nintendo?
I've spent years and years on this system and finally gave up my three-hour-a-day Super Mario habbit to play Destiny in sweet 16 bit glory. Now, only two and a half decades after the system was released, you tell me I need to upgrade to continue with my adventure?
This community is ridiculous. I expected at least 30 years out of my SNES. No more money for you, Bungie. I just got a brand new copy of Tetris. That's where I'll be.

8 RepliesThis is a poor comparison because it fails to understand the situation. People dislike this move because their was a reasonable expectation that new content would be available to all systems it released on. The game released on both last and current generation systems and their were no rumors of abandoning support for the last generation until Destiny 2's release. This comes as a bit of a surprise to people and they're visibly upset that their favorite game is going to die earlier than expected for them (unless they decide to pay up and upgrade).
