Was anyone else surprised Saladin was black?
I'm not mad about it, just kinda surprised. Does that make me a bad person?

He even has that wise hero presence and who fights only if he absolutely has to. Funny thing is everytime I hear Zodac's voice in my head I think of Stratos likeness (another He-Man ally). So yeah it caught me by surprise. In contrast I know Zavala sounds black, in tone only, but that never detracted from his character. (Sigh) the power of the mind bending media. 'Tis strong.

Lol yes I was. When I first watched the trailer I didn't know who that guy was, he looked familiar but I had no idea he was Saladin. It was not till the end and he put on his helmet that i finally realised who he was.

BUT SEE THAT'S JUST IT...ur kinda right because I could've sworn that Lord Salad bar went through like,3 diff voice changes over the years! I definitely LOVED his original voice...he sounded like sucha badass! The newest voice of his makes his makes him sound mellow or almost tired. I guess it suits him seeing that he's old and all :/

Nope, I'm not surprised. I had a feeling that he was black. He just sounded like it to me. I've always wondered what he looked like under the helmet. It would be interesting to see what Shaxx's face looks like too.
