Shindig in the crucible bug?
Getting seriously fed up with this quest. I can't use TLW for my life but I'm sniping, golden gun, using heavy etc. die once and I'm back down to zero percent??
Is there something I'm missing

Is there something I'm missing[/quote] I'm pretty sure you get 2% for a kill, 1% for a assist and lose 2% every time you die..... I done it in control and just sit between a/b (what ever your team controls and pop people running to b. Took me about 5 games? The renowned with shotguns is easier so don't be disheartened when your asked to do that. You don't lose any % on that part.

1 ReplyDeaths count much more than single kills. Medals, kill streaks, wins go positive. I did mine by only equipping tlw when we were nearing victory and hiding until we won.

2 RepliesI grinded it out legit on my hunter for 2 weeks and finally got it. Two ten kill streaks and I went up like 40 points. My hunter has a positive KD in the month of June. OMG the sky is falling

Just finished two days ago. I don't think anything other than LW counts, although I keep hearing that it does. Getting Killstreaks is the way to go, play annoying. I think a 10 kill streak gives you like 40%.

Little update. I ONLY get a 1% increase for a TLW kill, I don't get an increase for a sniper kill, heavy, golden gun, grenade, melee or any other means. I've tried everyone's suggestions and I really appreciate the input but I'm just going to delete the quest. I obviously don't deserve the reward.

1 ReplyONLY equip TLW when you have heavy and/or your super. Once you get your kills from either method, unequip TLW. Rinse and repeat. I never thought I'd be able to do this questline, but I was able to grind it out. Best of luck Guardian.

1 ReplyMayhem Clash, equip TLW and a fusion (use fusion primarily ), max intellect & disc, run around throwing nades and popping supers. Repeat.

Play on classic rumble.

I just went 21-17 in rumble and I'm on 10%. Seems you lose less for a death in rumble. At least I'm not being reset after most kills

3 RepliesIf you're really struggling, try switching to Last Word just before you win. It takes longer, but you don't have to worry about losing any from deaths or losses.

2 RepliesYour dying too much at a guess I think you need kd > 2 (excluding bonuses for kill streaks and end if match bonuses) to complete this stage
