I'm shooting people In the face and every now and then a bullet or two just does not register a hit. Edit- As I write this the top 3 posts in the weapons sub forum are to do with hand cannons and ghost/phantom bullets, not all agree there is a problem but a big majority appear to have experienced this also. Surely 220+ replies to this post mean bungie could at least grace us with a reply, an inquest, or at least acknowledge the fact so many people are unhappy with hand cannon performance.
