Here you are
1. Quit Destiny
2. Go to Xbox one store
3. Search "destiny"
4. Select "See all" rectangle on the far right of the first row of results
5. Find "Digital Content Pack"
6. Click "install" located under the picture
7. Restart Destiny
It should work
