Rise of Iron is 6 GB less than TTK. Stop thinking and expecting it to be the same.
If they expect me to pay $40 for 6 gb less of a DL. Not going to happen.
Edit:For those saying less than 6gb. Go watch Planet Destiny's video. TTK was 20 gb.
