I hereby issue a Challenge (week 2)
Following the success of the 'Red Bar Lore' challenge, I figured it only right the next challenge pertained to the most fearsome, most terrible, and most important enemy thus far in Destiny.
The challenge is thus: write Lore about Randal the Vandal
This can be about anything he can be woven into (how he got strong, specific battles, etc.). Aim for Grimoire card style (doesn't have to be, just a suggestion :) ), and post yours in a comment below.
The winner gets the esteemed title of [b]Community Lore Keeper[/b] for a week (I still can't give prizes)
The challenge runs from now to to next Armsday (beginning of Wednesday) when the winner will be announced and a new challenge issued...
Remember this is all for fun so enjoy it :)

A chamber, hidden deep within the Cosmodrome. The vandals and dregs surrounding the Baron chittered doubtful words, believing this to be one of the King's traps. But no, this dark place was home to a power unknown to the rest of the the Fallen. After tinkering a while, a small Dreg put his weak hand upon a scanner, causing the large room to light up. Surrounding the Fallen were a dozen pieces of Golden Age Tech. But at the centre stage was a strange, silver orb on a pedestal. The Baron, with his limited intelligence, believed it to be a simple piece of treasure to loot...oh how wrong he would be. He sent a simple vandal to pick up the piece. But as the Fallen touched it, the orb released writhing, black tendrils which wrapped around the vandal's frail body, seemingly breaking it. As the screams stopped, the vandal dropped to the floor and his body soaked up the black energy. The Baron looked down at the weak, frail body and laughed and turned away. Then he felt a slight prick, then felt his body fall away and managed to see his soldiers running in fear before it went black. The newly reborn Vandal looked down at the crumpled body of the Baron and then at his head, thinking of the immense power he now possesed. But as he did so, a small shank crawled up to him, looking at the Vandal and attemtping to bow, although that would be hard for a shank. Before leaving, the pair looked at the orb which gave the vandal his new strength and saw a name written on the pedestal...Randal...
