I am consistently outplayed. I'm an average or less than average pvp player, and pve wise I can hold my own but I'm definitely not like some of my friends who somehow just face roll everything. Sure depending on The game though I can be above average, especially puzzle games, or anything complex enough that most people resort to YouTube or walkthroughs. I think that just comes from my Era of games. Sure you can speed run some of those games in 2hrs, and in reality they were shorter than a lot of games now that get panned for content/length, but with no Internet persistence and thinking outside the box was king.
