Fusion rifles need a range nerf!
All I see in IB is ashravens flight and mumur and I am consistently getting one shorted at 25 - 30 feet, these need a little nerf!
Edit: I now understand that fusion rifles take a lot of skill to use, and I take this back. I guess I'll just have to adjust my tactics to flank them 😅

4 RepliesNo the amount of times I've tried to kill someone with a fusion and I just get 1 shoted from the same range is stupid. If the range is reduced then what's the point ? Shotguns have stupid range. what point would using a fusion rifle achieve in a game were shotguns win 99% of cqc situations ? What am I going to use a weapon that has no range and a delay on the chance that I might not 1 shot you leaving me wide open for the gap to be closed and boom! Back to the loading screen.

They should go back to how they were before they buffed them for all you bad players, and then bring the other over performing special weapon types to that level also. It's that or kick the availability of special ammo down by a lot. They're power weapons that are constant, and it's just bad gameplay all around.

Man I knew it was coming. You see the new thing in the crucible now is to main a fusion rifle. Guys spamming nothing but secondary weapons in the game is such a disaster. none of them work outside of their intended function. They are just abused because primary weapons have nearly one and all been nerfed to the point where they are about useless but instead of having the ability to see that for what it is we instead now turn the attention of the nerf herders to the secondary weapons yet again.

Its a charge projected sight and you have to be accurate. Why cant we ever have fusion rifles used for their intended use. They're fine and can be out played easily. Ive been jsing susanoo since the lauch of,the taken king. They're fine now.
