FFS... how rare is the Badger CCL?
I've had a Lord High Fixer drop, but outside of that it's all boots or other crap gear. I've only seen one person on my friends list with a CCL, and I certainly can t get one to drop. How rare is it?

Had one drop with terrible perks. Had 2 rapiers drop. 2 High Fixers, 2 Longbows, 1 Grim Citizen. Really just want a shadow price.
