Fabian Strategy Titan exclusive Exotic weapon?

The warlocks get Tlaloc a top tier scout. Hunters get Ace of spades top tier hand cannon. Titans. Fabian strategy..a mid-low tier AR without any perk that makes the gun "exotic" or Titan specific buff. And even the perks currently on the weapon make such a minute difference to its performance it's almost unnoticeable. The is almost indistinguishable from any other Hakke AR...besides its looks of course. But is that enough to warrant its Titan specific exotic title? I want a weapon that other classes will look at and think Damn that Titan exclusive is awesome. Like people do with Tlaloc or Ace of Spades...but all we Titans get is a rupture of laughter if we weald one..and then get melted by Arminius D..or Doctrine..... This gun would be a lot better if it was to work in conjunction with Titans abilities. Even something like having Fabian Strategy equipped and passing through a ward of dawn grants force barrier. Or while force barrier is active you get a proper buff to stability. Or buffs from weapons of light/blessing of light last longer while longer while using Fabian Strategy. Or even (because of the blast shied) splash damage is reduced while using Fabian strategy depending on what class the Titan is currently on... ANYTHING to make Titans proud of there class mighty exclusive exotic weapon.

 • I honestly don't see any reason why the Fabian Strategy could not be equipped with an underbarrel shotgun. Something that would make it follow what the actual Fabian Strategy is From wikipedia:
The Fabian strategy is a military strategy where pitched battles and frontal assaults are avoided in favor of wearing down an opponent through a war of attrition and indirection. While avoiding decisive battles, the side employing this strategy harasses its enemy through skirmishes to cause attrition, disrupt supply and affect morale. Employment of this strategy implies that the side adopting this strategy believes time is on its side, but it may also be adopted when no feasible alternative strategy can be devised.
How does the Fabian Strategy, the weapon, do any of this? It should have an exotic perk that makes it actually follow this. Something like every fifth round is explosive. Or something like what I mentioned before about the underbarrel shotgun. It could be done where it only has one shot for the underbarrel shotgun (just so it wouldn't be too easy to exploit) and then it would be a better weapon meant to harass an wear down the enemy
