The scope is a joke, it feels "slow", stability means little to me on a high impact, and 3rd eye isn't going to make me forget all those faults.
It's a shame "exotics" really don't compare to legendaries with a good roll. My LDR is the only sniper I've ever had where I can fire 2 shots and have the two perks put 3 back in the mag for me.

Imagine a perk: Triple Mulligan- three missed rounds has a chance to refill your magazine (from reserves) I'd be all over that perk, coz I suck at sniping everything except huge boss faces that stand there and tank my bullets

Well, let's be honest: It's THE hardscoping sniper in the game. When you scope really hard, you'll go invis. And to make sure that you won't get ganked while hardscoping, you get 3rd eye. The synergy is kinda obvious tbh^^

I gave my reasons. You can also come up with a bunch of BS how the perks on Fabian Strategy work too, but it obviously isn't worth a shit compared to even mediocre roll legendary autos (tbh).
