Honestly, you're an idiot if you don't understand holding more zones gives you more points for kills and hence is crucial to Iron Banner Control.

But sacrificing yourself in a point over and over is only losing points that the enemy is reaping because of that multiplier. Staying alive is the priority, next is getting kills, last is capping points.
