I'll start.
Weak story.
Underdeveloped characters
Anticlimactic ending
Hunt the Truth false advertising
Awful squad AI
Play more as Locke than Chief
Arbiter was wasted
Req Packs and micro transactions
Bad map rotation
No voting for maps
Maps are all reskins
No split screen
No file browser
Armor customization is weaker
Awkward resolution variation
Boring rank system
No assault
No oddball
No juggernaut
No headhunter
No invasion
No elites
CTF still allows holding pistol
Did I miss anything?

Halo 5 is my first halo(not counting halo wars). So its fine to me

Halo 5 is a good game similar to 4 but not a good halo game. Halo is experiencing a bit of an identity crises while 343i tries to figure out how to remake that old magic that made halo great while pushing the series forward and keeping it relevant.

The fact 343 always takes one step forward while sprinting backwards. The amount Halo has regressed since 343 took over is appalling.

Anyway you missed the STUNNING lack of content at launch; Forge BTB Infection Firefight Social Playlists Classic halo game type Classic Maps Pretty much every game mode ever put into halo besides slayer and warzone (Breakout is still slayer). I could go on and on but yeah. Missing this much content at launch, even if they put it in later for free, is never a good thing. Ever. Also it has the worst UI and character design in the series.

Actually just picked it up Monday. It's on sale at best buy. I was a huge fan of halo 2 and 3's multiplayer. It went downhill from there. Only played arena thus far, but i am enjoying it. Where the -blam!- is team doubles and snipers tho? As for campaign i play through them in due time, but with that said I've never truly followed the story.

Half of these aren't actually issues and then you missed some of the biggest issues. Blue teams misuse and lack of character when they're some of the best characters in the game, the lack of actually seeing a female Sangheili, Plamer being treated horribly, the use of space magic to make a shitty plot when a good plot was built up and available, and the lack of Lasky.
