Capturing is a death trap. I personally,try to capture 3-4 per game, but,I die ALOT doing this. It's a constant 1v2 or 1v3. It's hard, especially if you are not a good crucible player in the first place. I do agree though that teams would do alot better if more put in the effort to actually capture.
