hey I have a question can you get a drop that he's not selling. say he's selling the fusion and the sidearm can you get the hand cannon from endgame

I played a little into rank 3 on 1 character and noticed that the only IB drops i got (post game rewards) were the pictured items..in past IBs i remember getting weapons that were not available for purchase at the time. nevermind: someone answered this, thanks.
