I infused it at the beginning of the taken king when fusion rifles used to be trash

You should not be able to get it back in general or it might be abused.

It is because the gunsmith legendary weapons can only be gotten once. Every other item that is this rare has it's own kiosk

They need to make those special weapons come at like 280 light lvl and to make them dismantle into nothing. If they don't do this it will surely get abused.
