Put a "You will be restricted or banned for bad connection" sticker on the cover of Destiny 2!
If you feel that strongly about it Bungie, do it properly. Oh wait.. you won't because you could lose cash.
Green bar player here and even I think it's ludicrous that Bungie have the nerve to blame/restrict players for their errors. Yes, of course their are genuine lag players/red bar warriors out there, but a huge portion of these issues are caused by Bungie's approach to matchmaking, p2p connection and their lack of dedicated servers. SBMM? Connecting with players in the Amazon?
Fix it first Bungie, get your shit together...or put your money where your mouth is.

They want to make money, this makes them less money. Rid yourself of the idea that Bungie is devoted to their fans, they're not. They built their legacy on that prospect, and made a hell of a lot of money out of it with Halo. They then made a deal with Activi$ion to try and make more money, however Activi$ion made it so even the Fans with their rose-tinted glasses could see that Bungie has changed. They are a business, who want to make money. How they go about it, is their choice we can't dictate to them how they should hold their morals.
