Shaxx is a god that's how. For anyone interested, read this grimoire that involves Shaxx. Go to "The City", then choose "Ghost Fragment: City Age 2". You will laugh and realize why no one messes with Shaxx. After reading that, I no longer question what Shaxx does and see why no one in the tower does either, lol.
