So here's the deal I just finished doing 12 heroic strikes with my ruin wings equipped and only got a heavy drop between 2-3 times per strike [u]if[/u] I was lucky. Did these things get úber nerfed or what? I mean [u]sh!t[/u] i made it all the way through nightfall with one heavy pick up from a 5 kill mob that I titan slammed. Seriously? Exotic for what reason again?
