Gotta Love Bungie employees being disrespectful of feedback.
A few users made some constructive feedback posts about PM bans, being polite and respectful. But according to (someone who used to be a Pillar of the Community) they are "shitheads" for wanting a mature conversation in Private Groups, (just like the groups this employee used to use all the time). So not only are Bungie employees disrespectful about their Community, they are hypocritical...
- I was playing Civ 5, relaxing, getting away from this Toxic site, but I seen that. InB4Censored.
- Back to Civ 5. This is just disgusting, all the while listening to my bro play Halo 2 in the background, they have betrayed their community.
Edit - Just to clarify, I have no hate towards any Ninjas, maybe some animosity to the Feminist Ninja - whoever that is.

Yeah, just because you as the web team have control over the site doesn't mean you should do something. Learn the -blam!-ing concept. Just because Google can censor any website from their search engine doesn't mean they should. Hold yourself up to some higher standards. Policing private groups is meaningless and totally pointless. How about fix the -blam!-ing site? How about actually engage in the community. Private groups are not part of surface web, and the entire point of having a god damn moderator inside of a private group is to enforce the group's rules. By the stands of the CoC literally anybody can be banned for saying anything. It's just another way to say "we own the site and we'll do whatever we want." But did they ever stop and think, "should we do this?" No! Banning people without telling them why isn't going to change their actions. It's -blam!-ing stupid. This site is a shipwreck. Not even because the community is trash, but the people running the site are literal man-children. -blam!- Bungie.

I don't know why I stuck around other than the app functions better than anything else on a phone. I'm saying this because I have no knowledge on what this site used to be like. Probably a lot better than what it is now. If I'm going to be honest, the nonstop posting of copied internet memes has gotten stale. Especially in the last couple days. The porch day thing is fine. I don't get it, but it's not annoying. Though, it seems like very few people put actual thought into anything they say. If it's not memes, it's some forced AMA. If not that, it's thoughtless insults towards someone not for the content of what they say, but who said it. It's all just so repetitive. And then we have the way it's actually run. The employees seem to be mostly dismissive of complaints. I mostly saw this in #Destiny since I played it a lot and started using the app for that reason. But there was very little response to legitimate complaints. If anything got a response it was usually sarcastic. Kind of a turn off. I guess what I'm trying to say is that this place is so very disappointing. And yet, I am almost compelled to stay. I don't know why. I really don't. Anyway, don't really know where I was going with that. This just seemed like the place to do it.

wow, it's like a party in here, so many names I actually recognize. on topic, I seem to recall bits of the original post, and at the end of it, they're able to run the site and conduct themselves however they want. frankly, I missed the bulk of this shitstorm so cant post too much of my own opinion on how they presented themselves or whatever, can simply say they don't really even need to consider the feedback they were given.

Mature conversation should be allowed in groups. I mean it's not like it's open to public and for everyone to see. It's a -blam!-ing group. If you don't like what's going on in there then you leave. Simple as that. My advice if you want to have mature conversation in a group, keep the group private and under the radar, call it something related to Destiny and bam. Make alts and keep out people who Ninjas know are trouble makers, Or, just let the people make alts. Has a group you were in got taken down for mature content? I could list a -blam!- load of groups right now where they call each other Fgt's and could get everyone in there instantly banned. To be honest, Ninjas don't do a very good job inspecting groups if that's what they do.

Sites nowadays are totalitarian. Look at Facebook, and Twitter. Bungie gave us a great game, but they totalitarian also, and gonna do what they want also.
