I have an Aegis of the Reef that has counterbalance or Outlaw in the last perk tree. If I use counterbalance it adds nothing to the Stability. If I switch to Outlaw no stability is taken away. So my question is how does Counterbalance work? Does it add more stability to the gun if chosen or is the stability added to its base stats? My other guns with counterbalance have only that in the last perk tree so it's an automatic. It's on my Warlock if anyone can take a look and give me some insight.
