They are the exact same.
They are also both dell, bad. Go get a Lenovo Y series, they much better fir your money.

http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/ideapad/y700-series/ This is for the Y series. For only $150 more, you can get a better laptop and none of them are Dell. I read the specs and they were the same down to every character. What is different between the two.

I don't really like amd gpus, and I'm looking for at least 4gb vram which the Dell ones have. I saw the 2nd link laptop on linustechtips and they said it is a good gaming laptop.

I agree with Alienware one. My friend bought a 2000 dollar Alienware... 8gigs ddr3 with a haswell i7 and 970m... and that was a month ago.
