Hello Mcdoodles,
All submissions must be manually accepted by a Bungie employee. You have submitted it correctly. When it says Not Found that just means it hasn't been approved yet. :)

It all depends on how busy they are, I've seen some take a few days, one of mine took less than 24 hours, another one of mine wasn't accepted at all.
