There is no -blam!-ing reason whatsoever why handcannons have to have a "cone" like fusion rifles for accuracy. When you have a stable gun that fires like a laser into walls it shouldn't be luck of the draw what bullets hit and miss in crucible. It's ridiculous and decisions like this push people to use the same exact gun archetypes. Phantom bullets? Are you -blam!-ing kidding me? Clean up your trash.
