It's an interesting convo. We all say what we want ( I am a DoP user ) but even when I run a different weapon, I always have the DoP in my inventory in case I face a GOOD DoP user ( you know you do too ). I watched 3 streamers switch to theirs today as well too when they faced a good team. This should tell you something. I think it's an interesting point. Hawkmoon and strafing works very well against Doctrine, using vertical space. But it definitely takes effort, angles and concentration to outgun a GOOD DoP user. Maybe other guns need a slight buff.
