Sbmm. There are other factors but Sbmm is a major source of lag. But some people just have bad Internet. By buddy is running off a 4G verizon hot spot right now. He can do strikes and poe without a problem but doesn't go into pvp because he isn't a douche. He knows his Internet can't handle it well and doesn't want to cause other people that problem. He is what we call an upstanding guardian. They are few and far between.
