Except if someone is insecure or feels a need to label things that don't require labeling. I think it can be cleared up with two questions and what I consider to be the most realistic answers. 1) Why do most people self-pleasure with their hands? Because their hands can reach. 2) Why don't many people self-pleasure themselves orally? Because they're not able to reach. Or, we can tell an old joke that illustrates the same concept. Two men stumble out of a bar and begin to walk down the street, when they see a dog happily licking itself..
