with Fred, Kelly and every other spartan II that you dosent seam you get is.....they looked like every other spartan II mk V helm sholders and chest. nothing was diffrent with any of them. so saying a spartan had EVA or anything like that is just down right ridiclueus. i honestly dont mean disrespect. but that is the truth. i have the halo encyloclepedia.
