Pilot helmet hasn't got enough visor surface. EVA is too domed, but looks more like the SPI armor. As for the chestpiece: SPI looks more or less like a kevlar suit and goes all the way down to the crotch area. So you got two options there: UA/Counterassault (which you can't get in green, but does go all the way down and looks more like a kevlar vest) or HP/Parafoil (which has less of a vest-appearance, but does have the 2 "cords" coming from the shoulders). I chose Counterassault. As for the rest: it's really not up to debate as there aren't that much options to go by. So in my opinion, SPI armor in Reach would be the combination of these: Helmet: EVA Chest: UA/Counterassault Shoulders: ODST Wrist: Bracer (shame its only on one side!) Knees: regular Visor: Gold. I have this one, and in campaign cutscenes it looks really cool. Almost like a realy Spartan 3 in SPI armor.
