God Roll Red Spectre vs Doctrine of Passing

I just got this gun the other day and I think I'm in love! Having Hand Laid Stock and Counterbalance turns this gun into a laser! I was actually shocked how much of a difference Counterbalance had on this gun upon unlocking that perk. Haven't had the DoP yet... YET. Opinions?

A Tigerstorm

I feel like small bore is a better option since it gives better range as well. Counter balance makes up for the crappy recoil
