Rezyl Azzir was the original guardian. He was the first to use the Light to gather and defend people. I believe the City was either founded by him, or during his time. He was a titan, and killed an unknown Kell as well.

Possibly, but Rezyl Azzir used it to form a community and protect it. He started the idea of a city.

The first gaurdian, or at least the first gaurdian in a sence that originaly we were just known as the ressurected. With many of us taking sides with various factions. Azir was the first of us to take up arms for humanity as a whole and in doing so founded the order that would be known as The Gaurdians.
