Does Explosive Rounds Perk Count As Solar Power?

No, it does not count as solar, unless it is on a solar weapon.

Explosive round is based on weapon element damage. Kinetic -> Kinetic damage from explosive. Void -> void And so on. Like Fatebringer is arc so it deal arc explosives
