Im trying to do a quest step called depose the court and have completed everything except the antiquated rune summon. I tried waiting around the court but no one is spawning in. How do I get an antiquated rune? Edit: So let me get this straight, I can only get the antiquated runes from RNG? Well that's another quest I can delete.
