What's your favourite?
Mine is personally the Twin Princes for the fight design or Sif/Artorias for emotional reasons.

Demons' Souls: The Penetrator. Just a tall knight with a very long sword and a couple of grabs. Plain and simple. Dark Souls 1: Artorias of the Abyss! Boss fight was kickass. Dark Souls 2: Probably Old Dragonslayer for the nostalgia from DS1. Haven't had the fortune to play Dark Souls 3. ;~;

Dancer had some of the best music. Ancient wyvern was fun to cheese like ceaseless discharge. [spoiler]found both by accident[/spoiler] Mmmmmmm........ Maybe Nameless King or Soul of Cinder.

Gwyn is still my favorite. If there weren't so many ways to cheese him, he would be the perfect boss.[spoiler]And that music though. Best boss music of all time IMO.[/spoiler]

The Ivory King is my favorite. There's just something about forming an army and leading them to battle that makes the fight more epic.

The Watchdog in the Defiled chalice, Jesus -blam!-ing CHRIST I hated that thing. For Souls. Flamelurker (DeS), Storm King (DeS), Artorias, Manus and Kalameet, The Nameless King, King Allant (DeS), and The Abyss Watchers. The Soul of Cinder was cool too, and Yhorm was great just to watch Siegward handle business. Dancer of the Boreal Valley was really cool too. Tower of Latria is still the creepiest place.

Let see There's Germane the last Hunter. Big surprise and the quote is very memorable. The Ruin sentinels and there stupid spin move will be stuck in my memory for a long time.(your spin me right round baby right round) Lugwin and his second stage is very epic and is probably one of the biggest changes from stage 1 to stage 2. Mendease ( don't know if I spelled it right) the host of nightmares is probably one of the most troll bosses I've faced.

For design, it's a tie between the Twin Princes or Abyss Watchers. For pure difficulty, it's Artorias. For pure badassery, it's Nameless King. Picking favorites is hard ;-;

In Dark Souls 3, Dragon Armour and Nameless King. Abyss Watchers takes close third. These are all really thematic and epic fights. In Dark Souls 2, nothing really stood out that much. The coolest boss was probably The Old Dragonslayer, but he was easy.

Maybe I wouldn't hate them as much if I would of found the last shortcut literally outside of his door, until NG+2.... [b]The Nameless King[/b] No one beats a dragon and pretty much a "God" wrapped up in one boss fight. Didn't play DS1 but man do I love Sif, dude he's amazing. Honorable mentions: Yhorm - I don't care it was easy, it was empowering, for once in the game. And plus Siegward. Nuff said. Soul of Cinder - Explanation not needed. Ocerios the Consumed King - "OCELOT!!!!!" Really sad story there and once you see he isn't actually holding his stomach in the first phase, well, it just kinda hit me deep.
