Warpriest damage 1000 yard vs spindle

So now that special ammo has taken a hit I've been wondering if 1000 yard(or any sniper) with triple tap and casket mag can beat out a spindle dps wise. Yes, spindle has more impact and doesn't have to reload, but if your hitting every shot and have a good aura holder your running out of ammo halfway through a round. Meanwhile a sniper with casket+triple tap is making 15 rounds into 21. And with sniper loaders or the moment of speed perks reloading is barely an issue. Haven't actually had an opportunity to try this as of yet, if anyone can supply me with dmg numbers, so I can math this out, it would be appreciated.

  • I do have a few questions regarding this. First of all, what is the fastest possible reload time on the 1000YS? Next, what is the maximum amount of shots it could fire, before reload? Under what conditions? Also, what is the maximum amount of ammo this weapon can hold? Finally, what is the maximum damage it can obtain, within each reload cycle? Now using this information. Each Initiate Brand is 10 seconds, stacked at 5, for a total of 50 seconds. Ideally, if in theory, we had perfect conditions, the countdown can reach 1, before the stack is counted down, leaving us with 45 seconds to damage the Warpriest. So, my questions are simple. In 45 seconds, is it the best strategy to use the 1000YS? There are two scenarios I see here. First, the 1000 yard, with godlike rolls, still has to reload. Losing a least a second each time. (This include, actual reload animation, and aiming down sight, before pulling the trigger). So the 1kYS loses some time during the Warpriest, right? About 5 seconds no? Leaving 40 seconds left? Whereas the Spindle fires consistently until empty, then a heavy can be selected, and fired, losing about 2 - 3 seconds. So, which deals more damage in its given time frame?
