Megaman Legends 2 hands down.
Story was better than number one, got to fight Glyde and his minions, The Bonnes, Gaatz (reminded me of a robotic golden Lugia for some reason), epic music, and to top it off it had Bola and Claymore. My two favorite characters out of the series. :3
